These Terms & Conditions govern your use of usmmd.com and purchases from SVEORA. By using this website, creating an account, submitting an order, requesting a quotation, or purchasing products or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About SVEORA
SVEORA offers modular furniture, storage systems, metal post and suspension solutions, design-related services, and project or OEM/ODM supply. References to “SVEORA”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the seller or service provider identified in your order confirmation, invoice, quotation or other transaction document.
2. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content in violation of applicable law, or use the site in a way that could damage SVEORA or other users.
3. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colours, finishes, images and prices accurately. However, screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances and material variation may cause reasonable differences in appearance. Product specifications may be updated where necessary, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the product’s intended function.
4. Prices and Availability
Prices shown on the website may change without prior notice. Taxes, duties, shipping, installation or project-service charges may be added where applicable. A product shown online may become unavailable before an order is accepted. If there is an obvious pricing or listing error, we may correct it and contact you before proceeding.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin fulfilment, or otherwise issue a binding confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock or production issues, export or shipping restrictions, or an obvious listing error. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
6. Custom, Project and OEM/ODM Orders
Custom configurations, project orders, special finishes, made-to-order items and OEM/ODM work may require separate drawings, specifications, samples, quotations, deposits, lead times or written approvals. Once production or procurement has begun, cancellation or changes may be restricted and may result in additional charges. Any project-specific quotation or written agreement forms part of these Terms and will control if it expressly differs from this page.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout or in your quotation. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other providers made available on the site. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
8. Shipping and Delivery

9. Inspection, Returns and Refunds
Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if goods arrive damaged, incomplete or materially different from the confirmed order. Return eligibility, process, exclusions and refund timing are described on our Shipping & Returns page and may differ for custom, made-to-order, project or OEM/ODM products. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not excluded by these Terms.
10. Installation and Use
You are responsible for ensuring that products are installed and used appropriately for the intended environment. Where installation instructions, wall conditions, floor-to-ceiling supports, load limits or professional installation requirements apply, those instructions should be followed. SVEORA is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, unsuitable building conditions or use beyond stated limits.
11. Intellectual Property
The website and its original text, graphics, layouts, product photography, logos, designs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create unauthorised derivative works from protected SVEORA content without permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may include third-party payment, shipping, translation, analytics, communication or external-link services. Those third parties may have their own terms and policies. SVEORA is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SVEORA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use or a purchase, including loss of profit, business, opportunity or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

15. Governing Rules and Mandatory Rights
These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to the seller identified on your order confirmation and the transaction concerned. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country or region remain unaffected. For cross-border project or commercial orders, additional governing-law or dispute-resolution terms may be stated in the applicable quotation or contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date posted on this page and do not retroactively alter an already accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
